Hassler Promoted to Senior Associate

PVA proudly announces the promotion of Todd James Hassler, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, to Senior Associate. He joined the firm in 2015 and was promoted to an Associate in 2017. He earned his B.A. in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and has over 19 years of commercial and residential experience. 

Hassler is currently the Project Manager/Project Architect on numerous projects that include multiple custom homes and the new Hoakalei Country Club Golf Clubhouse. In addition to his leadership role at PVA, he is a Director at Large for the AIA Honolulu Chapter Board of Directors and serves on the Architect Registration Exam Preparation, Historical Architectural Walking Tour and Emerging Professionals Committees.

PVA's Residences Score Big at 2018 BIA-Hawaii Building Industry Design & Construction Awards

Two outstanding residences were recently recognized by BIA-Hawaii at the Building Industry Design & Construction Awards Gala.  The team of PVA and Mokulua High Performance Builder received a Grand Award: Hawaii Green Residential Category for Kahala Thai LEED Platinum Residence. In addition, the team of PVA,  Mokulua High Performance Builder, and Archipelago Hawaii received the Grand Award: New Residential Construction $800,000-$999,999 Category for Hale Kahakai located on the North Shore. PVA Welcomes Cacchione

Mary Rose Cacchione, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has joined PVA as a Project Architect. Mary Rose received her Bachelors and Masters of Architecture from Tulane University School of Architecture in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has over ten years of experience and is a licensed architect in both Hawaii and New Mexico. She will be working on residential, healthcare, and commercial projects.
