PVA Wins Commercial Renovation Award for Ko'a Kea Hotel & Resort at the 2010 NAIOP Kukulu Hale AwardsPeter Vincent Architects was proud to accept the Commercial Renovation Award for projects over 40,000 sf at this year's NAIOP Kukulu Hale Awards on May 7th. Ko'a Kea Hotel & Resort (formerly the Poipu Beach Hotel), a valued part of the Poipu community since the 1960's on the island of Kauai, was completely renovated after suffering devastating effects of Hurricane Iniki. Ko'a Kea was one of the last two hotels that remained unopened since Iniki struck the island in 1992. |
