Peter Vincent Architects Wins NAIOP Hawaii's 2009 New Commercial Project Award

Peter Vincent Architects was honored at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Kukulu Hale Awards. PVA received the New Commercial Project Award for the recently completed Crossroads at Kapolei Shopping Center.

Located in Kapolei's Urban Core, Crossroads at Kapolei, is a coordinated development by two local business owners who have been proudly serving their customers collectively for over 170 years. The project is a reflection of their vision to provide business and employment opportunities and encourage economic development in Hawaii. The architectural design inspiration for the project draws upon historical references of the region and motifs from Hawaii's past and reinterprets them in a refreshing and modern design aesthetic. The project has a unique, stylistic identity and yet is complimentary to the vernacular architecture of the surrounding community.
