Peter Vincent to appear on HGTV's "Bang for your Buck"Peter's home will be featured on the HGTV show in an episode showcasing Great Room renovations. For those that are not familiar with the program, there are 3 renovations featured and at the end of the episode the "experts" decide which remodeling decisions have the highest return on investment. Arnie Valero Promoted to QC/Technical Manager at Peter Vincent ArchitectsArnie Valero has been promoted to QC/Technical Manager at PVA. Arnie joined the firm in October 2008 as Senior Project Architect with over 20 years of experience in Project Management. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from Adamson University, Manila, Philippines. Arnie's projects of note include the Kahala Estate and the Moana Surfrider Wedding Facility. |

Peter Vincent Architects Wins AIA Honolulu Award of MeritPeter Vincent Architects was honored at the AIA Honolulu Design Awards Gala on June 23, 2009. PVA received the Award of Merit for the recently completed Na Manu Eha Renovations and Additions to 1938 Albert Ives Designed Diamond Head Residence. The International Style Architecture incorporated indoor/outdoor design elements specific to Hawaiian climate. The steeply sloped site and new cantilevered swimming pool affords sweeping views Gold Coast views. |

Peter Vincent Architects Announces Two PromotionsMax Guenther has been appointed to Partner at Peter Vincent Architects. Guenther has been with the firm for 12 years and has over 24 years of experience. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University. His most recent project of note is the renovation of the Koa Kea Hotel & Resort on the island of Kauai. Lupe Zarate has been promoted to Associate. Zarate joined PVA in June 2005 and has since been a driving force on our Project Management team. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in New York. Her most recent projects of note include, Milici Valenti Ng Pack Office Renovation, Park Shore Waikiki and various residential projects. |
